The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, super comfy! the room was not only cool but also really nice. the private bathroom was spotless. Overall, the service was top-notch. All the staff were friendly and quick 😊.

The location was favourable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Iowa Wesleyan College. In overall the room was good sized and impressive and with 3 beds.

The pool area was heated, perfect for a relaxing swim. the location was great, being right next to Walmart, Iowa Wesleyan University, and just a 5-minute drive to Cranes Pond Park.

the hotel offered a comfortable stay. It is located in a nice area close to restaurants. 3. the downtown area is easily accessible.

The staff was very nice and pleasant. Awesome location next to the street bar restaurant, and a college town, I felt safe. - It made my trip to Mount Pleasant a comfortable experience.

There were neat & impressive rooms with thin floors, three beds plus a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel was in a favourable location just next door to the street bar restaurant and the bus depot. The service was AMAZING and the pool was heated. All the staff was fabulously friendly and amiable and greeted us warmly.

The room at Best Western Mount Pleasant Inn was large and impressive, featuring a good-sized TV and a convenient microwave. the hotel's location was great, with restaurants nearby.

My family and I stayed at Best Western for a week while visiting the area. The room had 3 queen beds, which was perfect for me and my two adult sisters. The breakfast options included pre-packaged items, but they also had delicious toasted bagels and fresh fruit, which we enjoyed. The manager and his wife went above and beyond by personally making up our room, even though we had only requested the bed to be made. The hot breakfast was a treat after months of bagged meals at other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was good. The room amenities were decent for the price point.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to restaurants and stores. It was in a good area, not too far from town. There was a bar restaurant down the street, which provided options for dining.

This place has a convenient location near the bus depot, a fantastic Italian restaurant, and downtown.

We had a short stay, but we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The room was spotless, and the staff was always ready to assist us and provide us with an extra blanket. We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast or the pool, but it was nice to see that the breakfast area was available all day for groups to use. The hotel's location was also great, as it was within a 5-10 minute walk to various restaurants, including a fantastic Italian restaurant. we were pleased with the cleanliness, the facilities, the location, and the helpful staff.

Couldn't stay longer. Would have liked to try the breakfast and pool.
